Justice J.K Omotosho of a Federal court in PortHarcourt has slammed one Barile Numakima an All Progressive Congress (APC) party Chieftain in Gokana ward 19 of Rivers state,Nigeria with two days imprisonment for recording the proceeding in court with his phone yesterday in a matter brought by People’s Democratic party against APC.
He is to appear in court on Thursday 13th December to explain why he should not be punished by the court
