Residents who spoke to our correspondent said they discovered the baby when they came to dispose waste bin.
The alarm raised by the first set of persons who came to dispose waste bin attracted large crowd at the scene which resulted to heavy traffic gridlock in the area.
Respondents condemned the action of the unknown mother describing it as evil and barbaric.
Our correspondent also report that there were satchets of injection close to the dead baby.
Meanwhile Prince Wiro Secretary Board of Trustee Centre For Basic Rights And Accountability Campaign who was also at the scene expressed sadness on the development while describing it as inhumane, evil and height of wickedness.
